The same engine also has a main page: Ford EcoBoost 2.0.
Ford 2.0 EcoBoost specs: 122 ci (2.0L) 4-cylinder, 3.445 x 3.272 in (87.5 x 83.1 mm) bore and stroke. Rated 240-245 hp, 2013–2020. Used in the Ford Fusion.
The Ford 2.0 EcoBoost is oversquare — the 3.4449" bore exceeds the 3.2717" stroke by 5.3% — a layout that favors airflow and RPM over leverage at the crank. The 3.2717" stroke does not reach 4,000 ft/min of mean piston speed until about 7,350 RPM, so piston speed is not what limits this engine's revs — valvetrain and breathing are. Each of the 4 cylinders displaces 30.5 ci (500 cc).
It is one of 32 engines in the EcoBoost family, sitting between the 61 ci and 213.4 ci members. 8 factory variants share these dimensions, rated from 240 to 245 hp across 2013–2020.
