Lincoln EcoBoost (2017–2020) specs: 183 ci (3.0L) 6-cylinder, 3.358 x 3.386 in (85.3 x 86 mm) bore and stroke. Rated 400 hp, 2017–2020.
The Lincoln EcoBoost (2017–2020) is close to square: 3.3583" bore against 3.3858" stroke, within 0.8%, which splits the difference between a high-revving layout and a torque layout. The 3.3858" stroke does not reach 4,000 ft/min of mean piston speed until about 7,100 RPM, so piston speed is not what limits this engine's revs — valvetrain and breathing are. Each of the 6 cylinders displaces 30.5 ci (500 cc).
It is one of 15 engines in the EcoBoost family, sitting between the 122 ci and 213 ci members. 4 factory variants share these dimensions, rated at 400 hp across 2017–2020.
