Ford Transit Engines by Year

Ford's full-size Transit replaced the E-Series van for 2015. It used a 3.7 V6, the 3.5 EcoBoost and a 3.2 Power Stroke five-cylinder diesel, then from 2020 a 3.5 port-and-direct-injected V6; the electric E-Transit arrived for 2022. The Transit Connect is a different van.
